  • Distinguish between the following situations

a)Peter offers to sell his truck to George for K75, 000.George accepts.The truck worth is K125, 000.

b)Peter offers to sell his truck to George for K125, 000.George accepts.The truck worth is K125, 000.

c)Peter offers to give truck to George.He accepts.The car worth is 125,000.

Hint:all refer to consideration, the 4th essential element of the contract.
