No one is in this world who has not any physical problem but he is always suffering from idetified problem by me but not in diagnostic report.From last 20 years i cant tell me that today i m ok,& absolutely it is correct .but i dont know why doctors are given unsuccessful treatment.i m describingmy problems one by one,before that my age is running 45,

Step 1 - Find what foods you are eating that trigger this reaction and eliminate those foods from your diet.

Step 8 - Whey protein unless you are lactose intolerant in which case you can change to soy or hemp protein
Step 9 - Apple Cider Vinegar before meals. One teaspoon per meal to help acidify the stomach for digestion and absorption of nutrients
Step 10 - Lots of fresch organic green vegetables. You need 3 cups per meal.
