I have share in a company A with two other share holder, 33.3% each who were both doirectors. I am not director. The 2 directors did a confidential share deal where one sold to the other via jointly owned new company B under their ownership and control and seller then resigned from the joint company B and tranaferred there share to a proxy person and made him a director. Seller also resigned from company A. The remaining director in A now basically controls 66 % and declares very low profits and allow me no say in the business.

Is there any crime in this?
