Have you ever lost weight without exercising? Is there any use of taking pills for weight loss? I seem to be putting on weight everyday. I would like some readers to give their opinions.

Weight gain is a response to health problems.  The Triangle of Health involves the Digestive / Immune System, the Thyroid / Adrenal system and the Lymphatic / Circulatory system.  Most illnesses are caused by the Digestive Immune system.  When you are not able to absorb nutrition or nutrition is not in the foods you eat you will activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight stress system) and you will gain weight on your way to being sick.  The answer is to eliminate foods that upset the digestive tract, absorb proper nutrition, activate the parasympathetic nervous system by deep belly breathing and drinking only clean distilled water.  Small amounts of exercise and lots of resting and relaxing.

Also, eliminate sugars, starches, vegetable oils, breads, grains, pasta and artificial substances.
