questionnaire on perception of workers regarding trade union in current scenerio

dear all,

I am research scholar persuing M.Phil fm University of Pune - India. we r supposed to submit the research proposal within this 10 days. i need the help , how to prepare questionnaire on the above mentioned subject questionnaire on perception of workers regarding trade union in current scenerio , and what should be the desired tentatative questions.

 

please if any of u experts can help me out since i am running shortage of time.

You did not mention the current scenerio? What kind of study are you proposing is it qualitative or quantitative? Are you attempting to design questionnaire or an instrument that fits the particularly study? From the research question it seems a qualitative method might be best.  You may consider the literature review for sample of questionnaire.  Do you know the gaps in prior studies?

thnx for ur valuable suggestions. it is clear know i have to do qualitative research...regarding current scenerio means since last 5-10 years. yes i will be going through literature review. if possible can u suggest me the links or websites for literature review on my topic perception of workers regarding trade union in current scenerio. so that i can find out the gaps as per ur suggestions
