i get dreams every night for considerable time one story every night , different peer groups different places events situations , i some how miss the bus group activity try to catch the flight miss the timing some how & gets worried for failures . why does this happen always ? how to get corrected for optimistic happy dream endings.
Please help me out i am fed up for un healthy dreams.
Before you go to sleep, just go through all the events that happened to you in the day from the time you woke up till time to bed. Smile at all the good things you had done for the day and all the people who were pleased by your actions.
Forgive yourself for all the people you were disappointed or unhappy because of you.
Your mind will then be relaxed and you will have good dreams or no dreams at all.
We muslims thank God for what he has given us up to now and also ask for forgiveness as we do not know if we are going to wake up tommorrow.
It is a seasonal thing. If you try some thing different before you go to sleep, it will give you deep slumber. Even walking around 10 minutes will help.
