when the productivity of labour in a firm increases, what would happen to the demand for labour in that firm if the quantity demanded for goods and services doesnot change?

As you say that demand of goods and services do not change so for demand of labour decreases.because a labour is producing more things bt demand of good do not change.

the increased firm production would result into a constant demand for labour as there is no change in demand for goods and services
