After approx 2 years trying to arrange IVF our application was abruptly halted

because the Consultant said a change in the law (?) had happened which barred me because I w*** over the now authorised age.

Since then a new ruling has been publically reported which states 'Ageism' is not an acceptable or valid reason to deny any NHS treatment.

Is this now actually Law and can I contest their refusel?
