Equal representation to all races,communities in UN

At the moment in UN, only governments or nations are accepted as members. If you go through member states you will find some races/communities/religious groups(british,arabs etc) as well as many small communities(less than a population of 50 million)have one or more  members while many races/communities in India with more than a population of 50 million has no representation and ruled by others,deprived of human rights,dignity even water. A small community with a population of about 15 million challenges a major community with a population of nearly 75 million with the blessing og USA,UK,UN,India,China,Japan etc. Peoples are physically attacked,driven away from jobs,homes,motherland etc while UN watching . To be fair to mankind I suggest only races,communities with population of more than 50 million to be given UN membership while smaller communities/races to be given cluster representation. God created man in different parts of the world speaking different languages,cultures,values etc but after the second world war UN/UK/USA said major comminities can rule/destroy minor communities in any country and say they are practicing democracy,it is internal affair,they have sovereignty etc. To ensure human rights,dignity of all races,communities sovereignty of races to be included in UN charter instead of sovereignty of sates because state/government are temporary while races,languages,cultures are permanent and existed for thousands of years .

For a proper evaluation on UN representation to races/communities/languages go through world languages and see how much of population in each country speak each of those languages and whether each race is represented in UN. For comparison take europe where all races use same alphabet and practice same religion but each has a nation or country/territory as well as army and UN representation while in India where many races with distinct alphabet and languge are under northindian hindi speaking community walthough when Britishers went there there were many kings in all reguions. When britishers left they called "one country". Language,religion are natural evolution but country/nation is man made which could be changed as it happened in India(****stan,bangaladesh) Soviet union(several nations)Yugoslavia & Czechoslavakia(bosnia,serbia, slovania etc). The present situation violates grossly human rights(freedom,dignity,defence,sovereignty etc) of some communities while accepting many races although they are small in number,even,1million in population. Living in an island automatically give some races sovereignty,defence and UN representation while major communities have no defence, sovereignty,dignity etc simply because they live under one government(territory) eg.India. is it fair?.

Countries with more than one racial/religious/ethnic group should be given a Federal form of government by UN. If they refuse cancel their UN membership. Every race,religion,ethnic group should have sovereignty instead of nations. Un membership should be based on worldwide population of each race,language,ethnic group etc as well as number of countries in which each race lives. Any individual,organisation.government,priest,soldier,police which says,forces minority racial,religious group to leave a workplace,town,condo,district, region,probvince or nation should be punished by UN
