Hi... I'm preparing for my project of graduation and it is about finding problems of translation between English and Arabic so I'm studying about ellipsis and I just can't find the rule for omitting (it is) in such clauses like "when necessary". And I'll be really grateful if you could help me by providing me with other types of ellipsis, and with references if possible.
Thanks a lot in advance.
