im at my wits end ive got a new position of work and it should be a dream job but far from it. Situation is a group of maybe 3 or 4 go out to busy shopping areas and sell products and services. Nothing wrong with that but the behavour of some of the persons on these stands is out of order as far as im concerned. 

The manner ive been spoken to  by a so called manager who could be my grandson  i feel is wrong ive been called a bitch told smile all day every minute or go home. Been accused sales were down as i didnt smile all the time. been treated like a second cl**** citizen basically. This is only some of what has went on. Im asking is this bullying or have i it all wrong. I feel so low and down and dont want to go there anymore. i cried in toilet other day i was so low.

I accept smile is needed to sell to attract people to you but i wasnt doing anything wrong to stop people coming to buy. In fact we sold loads. All i feel is the young man has no respect for people or ability to manage and should learn manners. i thought this behavour wasnt acceptable anymore.

Tell me view on this if you have any as i feelm i should tell someone else about him
