The claim that human rights are the born rights and undeniable has today been criticized as to its universality, that is to say. is Human Rights Universal? and on the other hand USA as regarded today to be the superleading nation and the first pioneer towards the enforcemnt of human rights universally is she in the postion to that standard of adherence or otherwise. consider what os happenning Guatanamo Bay or Human Rughts in the USA has different meaning from that we know?nonono
