I was arrested for something I was accused of and did not do. I had to post a 24 thousand dollar bond so that I could leave jail and prove my innocence. I got a bonding company to bail me out and paid almost 2400.00 dollars to them. After submitting evidence the case was thrown out by the district attorney's office and I was never sent to court. I want to know if the bonding company is legally supposed to give me the money back?
