Is this ok to travel Vietnam by motorcycle without a local licence?

We plan to have a motorcycle tour to Vietnam in beginning of 2014 and we are not sure if it is legal to do a motorcycle tour in Vietnam with a international licence? Did anyone travel with http://motorbiketourexpert.com/  or http://hanoimotorcycletour.com/ ?
