I am a tenant not on the rental agreement but moved in on the same day as my now, ex boyfriend ,was 3 yrs ago. The owner and my ex are old high school buddies, i have the address as my legal residence and the owner was aware of me living there. Now that my boyfriend and i have broken up- the owner wants to move into unit- supposedly my boyfriend received a 60 day notice but i never saw it or was never served with any kind of notice to vacate. And now since supposedly my ex is leaving before the 60 days the owner is saying shes sorry for my problems but my ex is her only tenant and hes leaving this weekend(which is bs he hasn't packed 1 thing)and she doesnt have to serve me any notice ect. Does she have to serve me 60 day notice and don't i have the same rights as my ex as a tenant since ive lived here for 3 yrs?
