WHY DON!T YOU QUIT LIARING TO THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES. YOU NEVER KEEP YOU PROMISE ONLY TO FILL YOU POCKET. RIGHT KNOW I DO NOT CARE FOR EITHER PARTY BECAUSE ITS ALL ABOUT ME. HOW DID THS COUNTRY GET THIS WAY. MOST DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD THIS IS JUST LIKE THE OLD TESTMENT IN THE BIBLE HOW THE PEOPLE WHERE. PLEASE GOD SEE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.

I agree with you.  But as long as the people keep watching TV there never will be change.  TV brainwishes the mind.

It is like a magnet & can waste a lot of ones time, Yes. TV educates people, providing you watch the right shows like Documentarys or other forms of educational TV.

But it does not Brainwash, that is a fallacy.

Your computer screen is like a TV, only difference is,... you're watching what you want to watch.!

Spot-on aplustech64 ! As you say, as long as one is discerning about the programmes chosen then great gains in knowledge are to be had. The description "brainwashing" would only be applicable if trite, trivial or distorting material is being pushed to the viewer. Examples of this would be celebrity worship, religious propaganda, etc.
