previously a had make an account in betfair internet gambling and when i login the corporate team helpdesk did not advice me to read the policy about the account details they just explained how to transfered your money and open an account in betfair. after I transfered my money for 2000 us dollar to my account they suspended my account without explaination. after I pursue my case to the corporate they want me to send documents which unfortunately some I do not have like passport and driving license which I never travelled overseas and could not driving. could I sue the company if they did not want to return back my money? could I report or make a complain to UK government and what the UK government will do to the corporate? what should I do to solve the matter?

Get your lawyer to write a demand letter.  Then bring suit.  Place a lien on their assets for the amount you lost, your legal costs and because it is obviously fraud the injury to you financially.  Place the issue in front of a magistrate.  I am sure you will win.   Find out where their office is,  where are they licensed.  Who are their officers, directors and owners?  You can sue them for maybe a lot more than 2000 dollars.
