Fibromyalgia means "muscle pain".  It is a condition that exist when there is inflammation in the nerve sheaths.  All degenerative diseases have some form of cellular inflammation.  Fibromyalgia is no different.

Eliminate foods which cause digestive problems for you such as gas, bloating constipation, diarrhea, burping, etc.  correct digestive inadequacies.  This may mean using digestive enzymes, bile salts, betane HCL, Lecithin, sulfur based foods and acidify the stomach by using a little apple cider vinegar after meals.

To reduce cellular inflammation you must avoid the foods known to lead to inflammation.  They are:

Bread, pasta, grains of any kind, cereals, wheat, barley, rye, oats

Starchy foods like potatoes, rice, etc.

all cooking oils, fried foods

processed foods and foods that are manufactured

Additives like sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavor enhancers, msg, etc.

The foods you should eat are:

Protein.  The best protein is whey protein powder

bone soup

the 90+ vital vitamins and minerals

cod liver oil

flax seed oil or hemp seed oil

lots of eggs

Be sure to practice deep breathing exercises and to drink plenty of fresh clean water

When the body is properly nourished the Fibromyalgia will be gone

Good luck
