I would get on a gluten free diet. That means no grains, wheat, barley rye, oats, flour, cereals. Gluten in grains are very difficult to digest and damage the intestines.

Do not eat foods that upset your digestion
Stay away from foods known cause inflammation
Use lecithin, digestive enzymes, bile
No cooking oils or fried foods
No sugar, no fruit which have sugar in them
If dairy products upset your stomach avoid them
Use bone soup by boiling bones until they become soft and gelatin appears
