Hello,

One on one marketing is a very essential topic to be discussed about now days.

One on one Marketing is not only about sales but about the whole scope of the organization (Sales, Marketing, finance, etc).

As earlier there was only one brand or not many options for the customers but now its not the same scenario. Peoples lives today are more turbulent and diversified. The "one size fits all" model is out-of-date. Individuals now want to be seen and treated as individuals and many are prepared to pay for this. They are better educated and informed; able and willing to make their own decisions.

In many businesses, 20% of the customers provide 80% of the profits. Gaining new customers is expensive. Forging close lifetime relationships with existing customers can produce superior profits.

As the options and choices have increased every individual wants as per their desired needs and brand....

The competition has grown and so is the expectation of every individual, it might be not be the best question but one of the question for your research...

How can any company compile with the choices customer wants ? I mean how can any company provide all the options and choices available with them in one on one marketing ? Companies only provide the materials they have huge profit compared to others from their products so it does effect the Market...

I have a personally experience in One on One marketing as was working for one of the MNC. One on One Marketing effects the sale value but same time if effects in a bad way to the brand name.

We can discuss about the topic if interested...

All the best...
