I jpined my job in year 1985 i got my ACP 1n 1996 now my next ACP was due as per 5th pay commission in 2009 but mean while  in 6th pay commission  the 2 ACP converted into 3 ACPS that too at the block of 10 years so if according 24 yrs i complete in 2009 and according to 20 yrs i complete in 2005 when 6 th pay commission didnot implemented so where willbe the fixsation done in such case
