Dizziness and vertigo in the morning.

My 26 year old daughter has recently developed some Acid Reflux symptoms i guess due to eating lots of fried stuff and also she cannot tolerate milk products any more. I have now planned her diet for her and no fried/spiced/heavy food light meals with salt and pepper and walks/exercise. She is not very fat and is quite fit and healthy. She has two glasses of water when she wakes in the morning and a spoon of honey at bedtime. Due to frequent morning dizziness and vertigo she has problems focuising. Any suggestions from anyone, i cant afford expensive medical care and any home remedy would help.

She probably has a lack of iron in the blood, there are iron supplements on the market.Young women often suffer of this for reason of menstruating.

Hello,

We can not simply know why she has vertigo.  So many things could cause it.  But if she has digestive distress this could very well indicate vitamin / mineral deficiency.  Your daughter must be able to absorb vitamins and minerals.  If he digestive system has been compromised she will further not be able to absorb vitamins and minerals.

Here are a few basics she should consider: No grains, wheat, barley, rye or oats.  No cereals, no cooking oils what so ever.  No fried foods.  No processed or manufactured foods.  No pop or sodas.  No bread, pizza, pasta, rice, potatoes or any other starches.  Starches turn into sugar.  No fruits or fruit juices.  Fructose is especially dangerous.  Small berries are ok.  No artificial substances like aspartame, additives

Only eat organic, natural home made foods.  She does need salt.  Use whole salts like himalayan salt or celtic sea salt.  The problem with honey is it is fast burning carbohydrates and spikes the blood as well as leads to spiking insulin, a growth hormone of cancer, growths, etc.

She must practice deep breathing from the belly through the nose very slowly serveral minutes per day.  She needs at least 2 liters of water per day.  Use a little apple cider vinegar with meals to acidify the stomach.  You need acid in the stomach to digest vitamins and minerals in food.  Most doctors will prescribe ant-acids.  However, often acid reflux is caused by a relaxing of the sphincter above the stomach and splashing stomach fluids can go up the esophagus rather than too much acid.

For sleeping you may have her taking Melatonin before sleeping.

I would also recommend that she begin supplementing with Beyond Tangy Tangerine which I represent as show below.

Good luck, please let us know how she does.
