Just want to tell dog owners not to believe a kennels excelent reviews and check kennels out. Turn up for an unsuspecting viewing, a good kennel should have nothing to hide. Look at the kennels on website then see how it differs in real life? If it is not as it should be, avoid at all costs!! And if you, like us, have a bad experience with a kennel, make sure you let local authorities know..... I've met so many unhappy people who have had bad experiences with this kennel and only complained to the owner... This is unexceptable.... Our dog was killed because no one with a bad tale to tell of this kennel wrote to the authorities to do something about it, this is not good enough.....I want to write a review but bad reviews always dissapear? talked to someone else today with a bad experience of Wey farm Kennels Ottershaw Surrey, want people to be warned dogs have escaped and one died because of its negligence to care.
