Adultery in Islam ... is to put the ***** for an adult man whole or in part, in the woman’s womb, even if the man not thrown the (sperm).

His punishment :

Adulterer is divided to two types:

1 - The immune adulterer; he is the married man. Punishable by stoning to death, as what was mentioned in the Quran and the Sunnah.

2 - Adulterer non-immune; He is the non-married man, and his punishment is a hundred lashes.

Terms of adultery:

Four witnesses (have a justice), it's meant that there is not of earlier for any one of them accuse by accusation. Or it will not accept his testimony.

The witnesses must be either four men ... or two men and four women .... or three men and two women ... and so on.

 The most importantly, they must see the scene completely and make sure for entering the man's ***** in woman's womb, so that if we passed the thread between them can’t pass. Or confess to adultery.

Establish the fact of adultery by Islamic law requires four witnesses must see enter the ***** in the woman's uterus.

Historically, did not prove adultery incident never by testify (speak to Dr. Farag Foda in the book of truth absent).

How can application an impossible legal base ?

Example - as usual in legal matters - a man and a woman in the passenger terminal having *** in front of everyone  and are wearing a long coat, the public can establish the fact of adultery. 

(Note that the totals are sure of committing adultery). If they do not recognize what they was doing under coats, it will cannot be prove the crime and the penalty will not apply.

In the reign of Omar bin Khattab three looking a man entering his ***** in a woman, and the fourth heard a voice of friction but he has not been seen entering the ***** in the woman. 

 The result was flogging the three witnesses due to the commission of ejaculation's crime.

Adultery in the law of Islam is impossible to proof. Because Islam encourages adultery, Islamic sharia law prevent prove adultery!
