Where not to shop is the 'Shoppers Weekly"

I live in Shelton WA, and this store is the worst for honoring returns, I have been shopping there for 3 years now and today at their new location they really burned me up over a radio I purchased. I realize they are a non-profit used store but regardless when someone sells you a radio and says to your face yes it works you expect the damn thing to work right? I brought the radio back and they refused to give me my money back, offering me store credit instead, this would have been fine if I caused it not to work but the Guy told me it WORKED period, liar! not only did it not work off of batteries but it would not work on electric either. So I ask you do you people think that by all rights that they should refund my money on the terms they sold me a radio that was sold under a working condition, when in fact it did not?

Businesses like this hurt the public by taking advantage of folks, regardless of being non-profit or not they should honor it by refunding money for selling a radio that should have been tossed in the garbage before it ever hit the sales floordohnobiggrin
