How To Reduce Blood Pressure In Three Easy Steps

1. Deep Breathing - Breathe very slowly from the belly through the nose.  When you inhale the belly goes out.  When you exhale the belly goes in.  Do this several times per day for 2 or 3 minutes.  It may help to lay down at first.

One question:
How does your second point square with the longstanding medical advice that anyone with high blood pressure should straightaway throw away their salt shaker? It has always been top of the list, but here you are urging sufferers to imbibe it.

Good question.  Everyone needs salt.  You can not live without salt.  This is why salt at one time was more valuable than gold.

What is salt?  Salt is not just one thing.  It is a form that minerals come in.  When you do not have enough minerals you will crave salt.  When you have enough minerals you will no crave salt.  It is true that salts can thicken blood if you do not drink enough water.  But the idea that it causes high blood pressure is false.  High blood pressure is a response to some kind of cellular stress usually due to a person being deficient in nutrition.

Whole salts like Celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan Salt have many minerals in them that your body needs to be healthy.  Regular table salt has one kind of molecule, Sodium Chloride in it.  A whole salt will have 84 elements in it.  Without these minerals you will die.

The body is electric.  What happens when you stir salt into a glass of water?  You will see that the electrical charge of the water increases.  In the body electrical charges are necessary to remain alive.  If you stop those charges or remove the salt from the body the charge will reduce and death will soon follow.  The heart is extremely electrical as are the other organs of the body.

What do farmers and hunters do to keep a herd healthy?  They provide a salt ****.

When you are admitted to hospital whats the first thing they do?  They give you a saline (salt) drip.

One of the leading causes of heart disease and heart attack is a lack of minerals such as magnesium and zinc.

Removing salt from the diet has been shown to cause heart and brain problems.  The idea that salt is the cause of high blood pressure is a myth.  Dr. Joel Wallach recommends using as much salt as you want to his patients.  He has been very successful.

Hi Steve,

In 2010 I had a stroke.  I am an athlete.  I do not smoke.  I thought I was eating healthy food and teaching tennis and Kung Fu.  So I was surprised.

My doctors tried to say that I had the stroke because I had high blood pressure. After much research I found out that this was false.  They had high blood pressure because my diet was full of fast burning carbohydrates. I was in a pre-diabetic state although I was not fat.  I did not drink enough water.  And I was deficient in the 90+ vitamins and minerals needed to be healthy.

By sweating so much my vitamins and minerals came out of me in the sweat and I failed to replace them.  I found out that high blood pressure could be easily reversed if you follow those three easy steps.

please note that salt is very dangerous so be limited as per your body standards. it is also suggested to follow a regular warm up.

Salt is a form not a substance.  What sort of salt are you talking about?  Regular table salt is dangerous.  You need whole salts as in himalayan salt or celtic sea salt.

Why are you here if you insist on believing what is popularly stated?  People are here because they do not accept the commonly believed ideas because too many are sick and dying following those popular myths.  You can try my "rubbish" and see for yourself.  Take your blood pressure.  Do slow belly deep breathing and watch your blood pressure drop.
