Himachal Pradesh Govt. framed the rule that no Govt. servant encroached the Govt. land.  I have reported  to the concerned department in which the person worked as regular employee that his employees has encroached the Govt. land.  But no action has been taken by his parent department up till now and the employee has not erased the illegal encroachment from the Govt. land.

Please suggest me what i can do so the Govt. employee remove the unlawful obstruction from the Govt. land and his parent department be take a suitable action against him, so he can not repeat such thing in future.
