I am living on a piece of land that for for 30 years, 10 years after the owner died. in 2011 I contracted Lawyer who made an application for me to own the land under adverse possession and got the Title. Now my problem is, (1) in 2013 while i went to get on the Tax roll we found out that a mistake was made on the Title by the Titles office and the lawyer send back the Title to be corrected. (2) after all these years someone turn saying he is acting on behalf of is Aunt who is the owner of the land. Caon this stop me from owning the piece that i got the Title for.
