Hair loss is a sign of break down in the body.  You need to know why your body is breaking down.  The most likely reason is because you are absorbing nutrition.  Here is what you should do:

Increase your protein intake.  This should be in the form of whey protein powder rather than meats if possible.  I would add vitamin C 3 grams or 3000 mg per day and vitamin B complex 1 gram per day and your fat soluble vitamins in mega doses D 400IU, E Tocotrienol or mixed Tocopherol 400IU, A 5000 Beta Carotene, K 400 IU, and CoQ10.  You also need Magnesium 800mg , Selenium 100 micrograms per day, Zinc (lots), Niacin, Thiamin as well as the B complex.

Whenever there is any symptom like a cough, a sneeze, acne, an ache hair loss or anything is a sign that something is wrong.  The likely place for trouble to get into the body is the digestive tract.  In cases of autoimmune problems you must suspect the digestive tract which is where 80% of the immune system is located.

you must:

  • Eliminate foods which cause digestive stress such as gas, bloating, diahrea, cramps, etc
  • Stop eating all cereals, grains, wheat, barley, rye, oats, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cooking oils, vegetable oils, etc.
  • Increase protein by using protein powder.  One World Whey is the best or hemp protein and gelatin.
  • Supplement with the 90+ vitamins and minerals everyday
  • Use probiotics with  a broad spectrum and 2 billion units per day
  • Increase Omega 3, Essential Fatty Acids from cod liver oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil
  • Improve sugar metabolism by using Vanadium and Chromium
  • improve digestion by taking glycine, lysine, digestive enzymes
  • Reduce blood pressure naturally by using Magnesium, Niacin, Argenine, Carnitine, Taurine
  • Use bone soup, apple cider vinegar with meals, lemon water throughout the day
  • Do deep belly breathing slowly through the nose several times per day

Let me know if you need more information.
