I had 2 sister, sister No1 and me take care of our parents and second sister greedy about our parents money and assets.  Its approx. around 1.5m.  So she tried to get from my dad power of attorney twice but reject by him.  Because of this twice rejected she apply at State Administration Tribunal to get carer of MOM'S.  She bring our parents to the court.  In her application form, when we found out, its a lot  of lies there, for example "She said she's a primary carer but she not, mom's got operation at her rips and had metal inside and wetting on bed , can't shower herself and me and other sister fighting each other because against our parents assets n money but its not truth.  We  take care our parents with LOVE.  She not coming to parents house everyday, only comes to get something and make a trouble.   In first hearing we are shocking most of the people in the court are her friends and my father best friend too.  His best friend come with wife and daughter against him and lies in court , same with second hearing with 3 doctors and carer.  Because of this case my parents money under trusty and now its frozen.  My MOM had dementure and  DAD sometime had lost a plot.  I cant understand for both hearing its seem to be at her sight.  Our feeling tells us that we are totally had un fare judgement and furthermore we are not effort to get lawyer since my parents money its frozen.  My parents have to begging to trusty to get money and waiting nearly 2-3 hours to get money from bank. My parents have to pay trusty 10-11 thousand fees a year, why must my parents need a trusty that he can handle their money. For all this trouble my dad had mental problem and de pressure stress with the age of 90 years old.   We really need help and where to get a fare judgement against the judge whom un fare to this case.  It's seem to look that the judge can be buy here
