11years ago, after i discovered her cheating, she walked out on me, and our two sons (5 years and 18 months old ) she moved on and started a life with her new man. i gave up work picked up the pieces and looked after the boys andd we moved on. i attempted mediation, she didn't turn up, attempted contact through a contact centre, she turned up once, but the oldest boy didn't want to go and the youngest didn't recognise her, she called the remaining contact appointments off. I went ahead to apply for full custody, she did not turn up  at court due to 'other commitments' and signed over full custody to me. At no point over the last 11 years has any attempt been made to pay any maintenance for the boys, or any contact not birthdat or christmas. I tried to trace her to have her name removed from the rent and mortgage and set up a  payment plan. I finally had a responce in june this year and now she wants half her share of the house. after i picked up the pieces got a job and struggled to bring up two children is this just? is this equality is this fair? some one help i have not the funds to fight this, i jyst want security for my children
