To whom it may concerned, I'm one of your Nissan loyal customers from Malaysia. Lately, I have been deeply disappointed with the performance of my Nissan Navara 2.5 (A) carrying plate#WWQ8996, which I have purchased on May 2012. Up to date, it's poor performance has much inconvenience to both my work and personal life. Based on my recent car service at Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis on 05/07/13 (Repair Order# PJY-N146920) which has prolonged for more than 2 months and even then, no one is able to diagnose and provide a solution the listed problems found in my car as follows: 1) Gear Box that shifted from P to R with a loud "knocking" noise. 2) Loud "knocking" noise whenever I step onto the brake. 3) Squeaking noise when driving on uneven surface. 4) Broken alternator only after a few months of purchase of the vehicle.This posed the most severe problem to me as it happened when I was in JB and I was informed by Nissan Assist Centre that I have to pay for the towing fee for the vehicle to be towed all the way back to KL. I do not understand why am I bearing the consequences for the damaged alternator when it is clearly the manufacturer's fault and I demand that I am to be compensated for all the fees incurred during this period. The car was handed back to me on 14/09/13 and unfortunately, without much improvement. Worse still, the dealer has the audacity to ask me to drive it for temporarily, which I find to be very unsafe and seems like my life has been compromised. I would appreciate your good agency to check with Tan Chong Malaysia with the said Repair Order and assist me with the diagnostics and provide a solution to rectify all these issues immediately.
