CONFUSSED AND VERY UPSE, IM BEING CHARGED WITH PARTY BY ASSOCIATION TO A BURGLARY OF A HABITATION FOR A PUSH MOWER. I WAS NOT THERE NOR DID I HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS BEING DONE.

Dosent mean anytrhing if you are charged with anything. It matters if you are found guilty. You need to go to the community justice centre where they will arrange advice and usually legal representation in court. No judge can find you guilty. Judges only adninister the law so its up to you to tell the judge that you are not guilty if you didnt have anything to do with the matter
