i have a question i really need awnsered ... if i have sole custudy in one state and i move to another state so my son can see his dad and my sons dad goes behind my back and files for temp custody in that state without filing a venue is it leagal? or does his paper mean anything?

dear every country has own laws of land .i dont know which country u belong . it would be better for u  to consult lawyer from that area.if the laws of both countries are same in custody matters then u have will get same status.such as in international law , if any person commit crime in an other country and same offence offence ur country it may be tried in ur country subject to the request of the government request.

Unless the name of the states/country is not mentioned probably no lawyer will be in position to advise you in the matter.
