hi guys   just thought i,d let people know about this ESA 

i was on incapacity which has been done away with i applied for ESA and was refused so had to appeal

after 11 months waiting had my appeal and won another month went by when i finally got my money

after one payment my money stopped i found this out in the super market whilst shopping tried to pay no money 

rang dwp and they informed me i was only entitled to 365 days as the appeal took so long i was no longer entitled to payments even though tribunal states unfit for work and to be reviewed in a year

so my benefits have stopped and they pay my stamp and contributions

if my partner did not work i would still get benefits  

strange sort of system any views on this
