Just want people to know about the superb service I have received from The Bike Factory in Chester. I had a problem with the frame of my Trek Madone 5.2.

The Bike Factory got me a replacement frame and an upgrade to 6 series, all in just 3 weeks which is fantastic service and now enables me to do the Etape Du Tour with my wife.

A big Thank you to Tom Quinn, all at the Bike Factory in Chester, Trek UK, and Trek America for prompt delivery of the frame.
