Coffee is a common beverage many people enjoy on a daily basis, but drinking too much of it may lead to heart palpitations. Caffeine Side Effects
In most healthy adults, consuming more than 500 mg daily will cause one or more adverse symptoms. Try replacing your coffee consumptions with herbal teas or coffee substitutes, such as barley beverages.
