RULES  TO  KNOW  ABOUT  THE  SUBMISSION  TO  ANY  ORGANISATION  ABOUT  THE  "DEMAND DRAFT" ( IN  FAVOUR  OF  THAT    ORGANISATION ) ON  THE  LAST-DATE :-

(A)  Question No.1 :

• If an"Organisation" deposits the Party's "Demand Drafts" in its "Own-Bank" on the "Last-Date"
•    
• The said Bank will take how much time / days  for the "Clearance" of the "Demand Draft"

(B)  Question No.2 :

• Can the "Organisation"  Demand / Charge the said "party" for any kind of "PENALTY", due to the "Delay" in Encashment / Clearance by the Particular Bank ( of the Organisation )
• Is the "Party" fully-liable to be "Penalized" ( though the Party has submitted the "Demand Draft" to the said Organisation well in time
