i have a doubt 

i want to know if a welfare association is registered with a specific name somewhere in 1980s and renewal not done till date. can the same name be used without renewal of the welfare association. if the welfare is renewal able then what is the procedure to be adopted. pl give suggestions

My resources are limited regarding welfare associations , but you can check in the country that this association belong to.
