need help finding a suitable spark plug

I have a bosch spark plug, looking for equivalent. On ceramic part is written RO 145, on metal part W8A W145T1.1 It is in a small air cooled 2 stroke engine, possibly from the 1960's, could be a SASCS (spelling? ) similar or prior to a rotax engine
