How to put a case Against my brother college.

Hi,

I can’t understand how to put a case against college. Because college will rusticate without any region so my brother  doing suicide.   what we do. collage not any respond. so please help me.

The best approach in my view is to hire a lawyer. He will then refer you to a psychiatric who can evaluate your brother situation, and write his diagnosis, and findings.

even though it may coast you money but still its the best appraoch.
