if a person has a valid u.a.e' driving licence what benifits one can get in kuwait in getting a driving licence

It will depend on what you are doing,

You can drive in Kuwait under an International driving license if you have arrived on a tourist/business visa but not on any other visa the international license must be insured and only last the lenth of your visa normally 1 month.

But all way check with the embassy web site and the rules change all the time.

Also UAE I think it depends also on your nationality, the rule is the passport and driving license need to be from the same country. I am told it is easy the traffic office/department is one of the most friendly departments in the world ...
