How can a ruling be made as was in Eldoret high court of muder by one by chemusian for killing (4) four pple in, found guilty and sentenced to 25years, less 6years he was serving for being found guilt by a lower court of assalting two other pple and causing bodily harm, then 8years remissions or similar words. Hence the fellow only goes in for 11years, is it fair to those u lost their loved onces and kids left orphan? because the case was state vs chemusian now the state is not willing to appeal reasons given for the ruling is Mutiso's judgement. How do we seek further justice for this families?
