,dear sir,me and my minor daughter allotted about 8 cents of land as per parttion deed.parttion deed is under mithaakshara law.now i want to sale the property but bank lawyers not ready to give legal opinion because lawyers are telling your share mixed with your minor daughter.         actualy this property is my fathers own property.         as per bank lawyer suggestion i applied for guardian ship of minor daughter.court ordered me as natural guardin but not to alienate daughters share.    now my question is what about my share in the property.
