i have sanyo tv model st-21sf1k no horiz oscilation

i have a sanyo tv model st-21sf1k. the secondary voltage is there but it connot oscilate the horizontal output.please help me what will i do cry

check o/p of horiz osc to confirm horiz sawtooth waveform if not present check horiz osc for correct operation. If present most probably the horiz driver or the o/p is not operating. Check for correct +B at the driver and o/p. A faulty horiz o/p stage can be the cause also
