The Kawaiisu Tribe of Tejon, Treaty 1849, Ratified 1850

The U.S Federal Court Verified that the Kawaiisu signed the Treaty With the Utahs and the BIA will not acknowledge the Tribe.

The Kawaiisu are moving forward and setting up our Courts and law enforcement under the authority of the Treaty.

Our Constitution was voted in by the Tribe years ago.

Our Citizenship is done.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with the BIA?
