I have seen a doctor and he says that the swelling has to come down first.  It was tried and the swelling came down and also the pain.  However, thereafter a pain persists.  I do not have constant pain, but occasionally I get the pain.  Also when I bite hard I have pain.  Further when I bite I get sound and a feeling likse some sticky substance is inside.  I have taken treatment for over a month but this has not been cured.  Further my hearing is also somewhat less than the right. The feeling of blockade is somewhat similar to the effect you get when you travel by air high altitude.  Its not so severe but hearing is lower than the right ear.  I did not have all these before this happended.

I would very much appreciate a cause for this is identified and a solution is found.  I am still under treatment in Colombo.
