I purchased a size 18 month Girl's wool Barbie Doll style coat in blush from a Chocolate Soup  store in Gemantown, TN for my grandaughter for Christmas when the store was having it's going out of business sale.  I recently gave the coat to my twelve month granddaughter only to find out that it will barely fasten.  The coat runs extreely tight although the length and arms are very long; what I expected length wise but not width.  I purchased the coat along with two others by Rothschild in varying sizes hoping that she would  be able to wear them two to three  years apart.  When I purchased the coats the sales clerk informed me that not all of the Chocolate Soup locations in TN were closing.  The coat has to be irregular although it was not listed as such.  How do I go about getting a replacement coat that fits?  I've checked the internet looking for how to contact Rothschild with no luck.  Any help i can get would be greatly appreciated.
